Our story
A lifelong connection
to jewelry.
We grew up together in Surat, Gujarat, India, as the city developed into one of the world’s leading centers for diamond cutting and polishing. Many of our friends and their families worked in the diamond and jewelry industries, making stones, craftsmanship, production, and business a natural part of our learning environment.
At home, we lived in a large joint family with eleven women who admired beautiful jewelry and thoughtfully crafted objects. Their appreciation for beauty, detail, and design made jewelry a meaningful part of our everyday lives.
A neighboring family included a jeweler, and we often visited their home to watch movies. While there, we would see beautiful jewelry pieces being worked on. What began as childhood curiosity became a lasting fascination with both the beauty of jewelry and the precision required to create it.

Our sisters became some of our earliest supporters. They appreciated the pieces, shared them with friends, and helped our work grow through personal recommendations. Their encouragement became the beginning of Shine Jewelry.
Jewelry gives us both the creative satisfaction of imagining something beautiful and the technical fulfillment of helping make it real.
