Can you produce a sample before a full order?+
Yes. Sampling establishes a shared quality standard and gives you a chance to approve the piece before production begins.
Can you work from my sample or CAD file?+
Yes. We can review a sketch, CAD file, technical package, or physical sample and recommend the most dependable route to production.
Do you accept small production runs?+
We consider bespoke pieces, capsule collections, and repeat production individually so the process fits the work.
Can you source loose stones for my designs?+
Yes. We can discuss the required gemstone type, cut, dimensions, quality, and budget. Availability and pricing are confirmed during the project review.
How is a manufacturing quotation prepared?+
Each quotation reflects the design complexity, precious metal, stones, quantities, finish, sampling requirements, and expected timing so you can approve a clear scope.
When will I be billed and when is payment collected?+
Billing takes place after the finished product has been delivered. We issue the invoice after delivery, and payment is collected afterward according to the agreed payment terms.
How long will development and production take?+
Timing depends on the design, sampling needs, materials, quantity, and current production schedule. We confirm a realistic timeframe after reviewing the project and before you approve production.
Can I request changes after reviewing the sample?+
Yes. We review requested changes with you and confirm any effect on cost, timing, or construction before the approved standard moves into production.
Is your manufacturing private-label?+
Yes. The work is made for your business and intended to carry your name. We do not add our branding to your jewelry unless specifically requested.
