A jewelry design progressing from pencil sketch to wax model and finished gold ring

Our process

From concept
to finished jewelry.

We manage your original vision through every technical and handcrafted stage until it becomes a finished piece ready for your clients.

A clear path forward

How we manage your production.

Clear approvals and consistent communication keep you in control without making you coordinate every production stage.

Talk through your project
  1. 01

    Share your project

Tell us what you need and where you are starting—from an early idea or sketch to a reference image, physical sample, or existing CAD. We will confirm the next step.

  2. 02

    Project review & quotation

We confirm the design direction, materials, stones, quantity, timing, services required, and expected production cost before work begins.

  3. 03

    CAD, 3D rendering & approval

We create or review the CAD and provide a 3D rendering so you and your customer can approve the proportions, stone placement, and overall appearance before wax and physical production.

  4. 04

    Production & delivery

Your approved design guides production, quality checks at each stage, protective packing, and coordinated delivery.

Typical production stages

Nine stages. One accountable process.

See how an idea becomes a finished piece—from CAD and casting through essential cleanup, stone sourcing, setting, optional completion services, and delivery.

Concept & design

Your creative direction is translated into proportioned, production-ready details while preserving the character of the original idea.

02

CAD & 3D rendering

A detailed digital model resolves dimensions, stone placement, structure, and manufacturability. A 3D rendering then lets you—and your customer—preview how the finished piece is expected to look before physical production begins.

Wax printing

A high-resolution castable model reveals fine details and creates the exact form that will become the precious-metal piece.

04

Precious-metal casting

The approved form is cast with controlled temperatures and careful material handling to create a sound, consistent foundation.

05

Pre-setting cleanup

This critical stage transforms the raw casting into a clean jewelry foundation. Casting residue and roughness are removed, then surfaces, edges, and stone seats are carefully filed, smoothed, and prepared for setting.

06

Stone sourcing & matching

Diamonds and gemstones are sourced—or received from you—to the approved type, shape, size, quality, and budget. Stones are then matched and verified before setting begins. Certification is provided if needed.

Selected to specification

07

Stone setting & final polish

Once the metal is properly prepared and the stones are confirmed, each stone is secured with precision. The piece is then polished again after setting to achieve its final surface, detail, and presentation.

08

Engraving & stamping

Where requested, a piece can receive custom engraving, identifying marks, or appropriate metal stamping as part of its final completion.

Optional personalization

09

Shipping or in-person delivery

Completed work is carefully protected for transit and can be securely shipped or delivered in person according to the arrangements agreed for your project.

Delivered with care

Built into every step

Quality control at every stage.

Quality is reviewed throughout production—not only at the end. Dimensions, stone security, finish, engraving, alignment, documentation, and presentation are checked at the relevant stages, followed by a final review before delivery.
